These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
Millets4U sells traditionally grown millets and stone-milled flour sourced from smallholder farms in India. Our registered business details and GSTIN appear on every invoice we issue.
Accounts
You need an account to place an order, track it, or run a bucket. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access, and change your password from account security.
We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently, to abuse pricing, or to resell without agreement.
Products and availability
Millets are an agricultural product. Colour, grain size, and yield vary between harvests and between farms, and photographs are representative rather than exact. Nothing is polished or blended to make batches look identical.
Stock shown is what we hold at that moment. Occasionally an item sells out between your adding it to the basket and paying; if that happens we will contact you and refund that item in full rather than substituting something else without asking.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is charged separately and shown before payment.
The price that applies to an order is the price displayed when you place it. A later price change does not alter an order already placed, in either direction. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will cancel and refund rather than fulfil, and we will tell you why.
Buckets
A bucket is a standing order that refills on a schedule you choose. Each refill is a separate order, priced at the time it is generated rather than at the time you created the bucket.
You can pause, skip, change the contents of, or cancel a bucket at any time from your buckets. Changes apply to refills not yet generated. A refill already dispatched is an order like any other and is governed by the cancellation terms below.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, see shipping & delivery for returns of unopened packs and for faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of our approving them. For cash on delivery we will ask for bank details to make the transfer.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, extract data from it in bulk, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. We rate-limit sign-in and other sensitive actions, and we log enough to investigate abuse.
Liability
We stand behind the condition and description of what we send you. We are not liable for losses that are indirect, or that we could not reasonably have foreseen — for example business losses arising from a late delivery.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be announced on the site rather than made quietly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
