Shipping & Delivery

We mill in small batches and pack to order, so this page explains what happens between your order being placed and the parcel reaching you.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at present. A small number of pin codes are not served by our courier partners; if yours is one of them, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are milled and packed the same day and handed to the courier the next working day. Orders placed later, or on a Sunday or public holiday, move to the following working day.

We mill after you order rather than before, which adds a day and is the reason the flour arrives tasting the way it does. Whole grain is packed straight from the batch and moves faster.

Delivery times

• Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
• Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days from dispatch.
• Remote and hill pin codes — up to 10 working days from dispatch.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, and local restrictions push them out, and we will tell you when we know rather than letting the tracking page go quiet.

Charges

Delivery is charged at checkout by weight and destination, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Orders above the threshold displayed in your basket ship free.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once the parcel is handed over. If you have an order number you can also follow it from order tracking in your account.

If something is wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if a parcel arrives damaged, opened, or short of what the invoice lists. Photographs of the outer packaging and the affected packs help us settle it with the courier quickly. We will replace the affected items or refund them — your choice.

Because this is milled food, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for reasons other than a fault. Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Failed deliveries

Couriers make up to three attempts. If all three fail, or the address turns out to be incorrect, the parcel returns to us and we will refund the order less the actual shipping cost incurred. Please make sure the phone number on the order is one you will answer.
